I haven’t worked out in years. I don’t count calories or own a scale. I have been eating more and more of the foods I love over the last few years and haven’t gained any weight. I feel like I’m living the life of one of those “gifted girls” – the ones who can eat whatever they want without gaining weight? Except, I’m not.
I have been 20 lbs. lighter (the Anorexic Years) eating only 500 calories a day.
